No purchase necessary. Contests are open to residents of Tennessee, 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated. You may only win in your own name. Contests may be postponed at any time. Employees of Momentum Broadcasting, their agencies or representatives, their family members, or employees of other radio stations are not eligible. Family members include spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren. Only one person per family and/or household may win a prize/grand prize during the run of any contest or promotion. A household includes any persons living at the same address. Odds of winning may depend on the number of phone, fax, email, or personal entries. All contestants agree to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners are solely responsible for any prize obligations, including, but not limited to taxes, insurance, titles, tags, etc., and must meet all eligibility requirements before receiving final prize award. No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in lieu of the advertised prize unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable. If a winner cannot accept the prize as offered, he/she shall forfeit the prize. Proper and customary identification, including photo ID and social security card must be presented to claim any and all prizes. Winners must be willing to give their social security number either upon winning or when claiming prize won. If a winner fails to provide or refuses to provide social security number, the winner will forfeit said prize and no replacement prize will be awarded. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days or they become the property of Momentum Broadcasting. Prizes may be claimed at 408 North Cedar Bluff Road in Knoxville, Tennessee between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated or notified. Winners must waive any and all claims of liability against Momentum Broadcasting and its affiliates and respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in this contest or from the use of the prize. If a prize winner is proven by Momentum Broadcasting to provide misinformation about their identity, the listener is ineligible to win any prize for two calendar years from the date information is proven on any Momentum Broadcasting station.  Momentum Broadcasting is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, wrongfully-delivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries; telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, facsimile transmission errors, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call. Momentum Broadcasting is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering of or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize. If the station makes a good faith determination that a listener has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a station contest, the station reserves the right to disqualify that listener from entering and/or winning all future contests.  Due to the time delay that exists between the station’s analog over the air signal and the time delay that exists between the station’s analog over the air signal and the station’s online streaming, listeners who listen to the station's online signal may hear the cue to call later then listeners listening to the station’s analog over the air signal. As a result, the odds of an online listener becoming a contestant are diminished. 

By winning any prize you become ineligible to win another prize for 45 days from the date of winning on any Momentum Broadcasting station. By participating in this contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these OFFICIAL RULES and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. 

By winning any prize valued at, or above $75.00 you become ineligible to win another prize on any Momentum Broadcasting station for sixty (60) days.

By winning a prize valued at $600.00 or more, you become ineligible for a calendar year, from the date of winning, to win any prize on any Momentum Broadcasting station.  If a winner wins over $600.00 in cumulative prizes through one calendar year the winner may receive a 1099 Tax Form.
